The 1 day boot camp is designed to be typical of what you would experience at any one of our boot camps across the UK, teach you how the Boot Camp Bible works and why it gets our members incredible results. This is a fabulous taster day for anyone and is also perfect for pre and post boot camp training.
This isn't your typical fitness day where you're beasted for 6 continuous hours only to leave feeling exhausted. The whole day is based around educating you so when you leave you can tackle your goals head on.

9AM - 10.15AM (Session 1): Learn 1 of our famous themed workouts we use at our bootcamps across the UK. These workouts leave you burning fat for 24 hours making your body a fat fighting furnace. Best of all these are done without equipment so you can do this workout at home.
10.30AM - 11.45AM (Session 2): Our top 6 fat loss secrets you will WANT to know. We will teach you what not to eat, why you should not eat it, what to replace it with and which supplements will help you shift fat.
12PM - 1PM (Session 3): Running is boring! It does not shift weight that quickly. But what if we could show you a way to making cardio fun, effective and burn you more fat in 30 minutes than most people burn in a 2 hour gym session?
1PM - 1.30PM (Lunch):
1.30PM - 2.45PM (Session 4): The Boot Camp Bible - How it works and why it became the best selling diet plan on the Kindle at Christmas 2011.
3PM - 4.15PM (Session 5): Another of our famous workouts that will leave you burning fat for at least 24 hours.
4.30PM - 5PM (Q & A): Ask questions, set your goals, collect your copy of the Boot Camp Bible and leave feeling motivated to tackle your weight loss goals on Monday.
