5 Star Boot Camps was set up personal trainer Dan Thompson. The idea came in early July 2008 from an article about bootcamps in the parks of London in Men's Health Magazine. The first boot camp was launched in Colchester and the rest as they say is history. Dan is also the creator of The Boot Camp Bible Diet that members follow.

Camille Stephens is a personal trainer in Bedford and runs the Bedford Boot Camps. Camille is a competitive footballer, graduated with a degree in Human Nutrition and Sports Science and has been involved in the fitness industry for 7 years working in various gyms and health clubs in Bedford. Out of camp Camille is a proud mum of three young boys and strives to keep building and applying new knowledge to ensure they live a packed and energy driven Healthy Lifestyle!
Ruel Fox is a personal trainer in Ipswich and runs the Ipswich Boot Camps. After having a professional football career of over 15 years with Norwich City, Newcastle united, Tottenham Hotspurs & West Bromwich Albion and football coaching for 3 years I decided to take my sport and coaching experience into the personal fitness root where a have been working for the last 3 years. There is no better frill for me than helping people reach their health & fitness goals.
