Banana And Almond Omelette Recipe

PLEASE NOTE – There are endless options you can add to make omelettes interesting and not the same everyday:


  • 1 banana chopped into slices
  • nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons of almond butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • pepper to season, coconut oil to cook with.



  • Whisk 2 large eggs in a bowl.
  • Add the chopped banana, season with nutmeg and pepper and combine well.
  • Pour into a frying pan on medium heat.
  • When the bottom of the eggs has cooked, fold the mixture over and flip the omelet until golden on both sides.
  • Place on a plate, spread 3 teaspoons of almond butter on the omelet, sprinkle a handful almonds and fold.
